Very rude customer service. Book disgusting and dirty condition. Described as new - not true

I was surprised to receive this item in the terrible condition it was considering the site described it as NEW and never read. There are numerous brown marks on the sides of the book like something has been splashed or spilt on it, and splashes of something dirty on the front cover. It was definitely not a new book as described. There is no way I would give this book to my 8 year old as I would be concerned about hygiene. My 8 year old purchased this book with his own pocket money.
I was asked to provide feedback by Amazon and I did. Elderberry Books read my feedback and denied the condition of the book was as I described, citing that it had come directly from the publisher - I don't believe this for a second. They then tried to negotiate with me, offering that if I removed my feedback, that they would refund me the cost of the book. I told them that a refund was not why I provided feedback and I even offered to take photos of the book's condition and send it to them. However, their response was that I am 'NOT' to order from ElderberryBooks and that any future orders 'WILL be cancelled' - an entirely unreasonable and rude response to a legitimate complaint. They should rest easy, I have no intention of ever buying from them again.

Garfield's Second T.V. special

This book is very good. It goes with the video. It has a very exciting plot and Garfield re-unites with his mom. I also like the part where Garfield's family battles "The Claws". I just wish the graphics are better....................................
